Product Owner

We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to lead our internal and external products in various domains including order fulfillment, shipping and logistics operations as well as 3rd-party partners integrations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with other areas of the business, including logistics development, sales, onboarding team, customer support and work with the engineering team to ensure product releases maximize business impact. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining the team backlog and roadmap, aligned with the business objectives.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to identify new product opportunities and features.
• Translating business needs into product functional requirements.
• Working closely with the development team to deliver products that meet quality standards and meet implementation deadlines.
• Managing the release cycle of subsequent product versions.
• Conducting user acceptance testing and product demonstrations.
• Ensuring features which are being developed bring the product into the right direction by measuring the real impact and ROI.
• Monitoring work on product development, identifying places that require special attention, improvements or changes.
• Monitoring and reporting the effects of application development.

Who you are:

• You have experience with product development and knowledge of agile methodologies.
• You are an excellent communicator, communicating concepts and ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, in different shapes depending on the context
• You are a curious person that adapts quickly and enjoys a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
• You are able to differentiate between needs and maximize business value.
• You are an analytical person with experience using a data-driven approach to problem solving.
• You are well organized and have great attention to detail.
• You can effectively use the JIRA system.
• Your knowledge of English language allows you to communicate freely (min. B2)

Bonus if:

• You have knowledge in the field of e-commerce or logistics.
• You have experience in defining and driving product strategy.
